Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine.

The tastefully decorated chalets are fully equipped and some of them offer views. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Everything, very clean, organized, cozy and had everything you needed. Location is very pretty and peaceful. I loved everything about it. Would go back time and time again.

They made us feel very welcome and helped with a lot of things: visiting the Kruger Park, organizing home made dinners by the fire and prepping good breakfast in the morning. The rooms are comfortable, big and have everything you need. The location is also convenient, since it is close to the Kruger Park and if you are lucky you get to see some animal visitors during the evening as well (we saw an elephant).

I will never forget the staff, specially our guide and the restaurant staff, for its great passion and constant capacity of making you feel special. The location also has to be mentioned. I remember sitting outside our tent in my pijama and just seeing passing almost all big 5. The food and every meal experience were just AMAZING!!

Set 6.8 km from Drakensig Golf Club, the property features a terrace and free private parking. The breakfast was made specifically for us at the time we chose and was of the highest quality. Bottomless coffee, juice and teas. The ambiance and breakfast are was a dream to sit in and just enjoy the morning.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We loved everything about this place. The grounds were stunning and the lodge itself was very nice. We had a huge room. This was also one of the few places we stayed that had good wifi. There was a cute jack russel who kept guard. The staff truly went above and beyond! From making us yummy meals to helping us buff out our rental car that we destroyed in Kruger. They even packed us lunches to take with us to Kruger! It was very nice chatting with the hosts and learning more about Africa and South Africa. Thank you for a great stay!

Complimentary WiFi is provided. The treehouse room is an experience beyond any other. The room is situated on a deck above the trees, which allows you to sleep safely under the stars whilst being immersed in nature. Had the weather been bad there was a sweet room below the deck with the bathroom. Luckily we had perfect weather and a stunning full moon.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Super comfortable room with great view to the forest. Huge bathroom, perfectly clean everywhere. Staff is very helpful, organized game drive in 2 minutes. Mini wine cellar selling quality wine at affordable prices. The garden is beautifully maintained.

The staff is super helpful, kind, fun, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this lodge if you search something more intimate. Food is amazing, the game drives are fun and rich, and everything is made for you to feel the best.
