Offering an outdoor pool and free WiFi, Charm City Motel is located in Bundaberg, 10 minutes' walk from the historic Bourbong Street town centre.

Owner knew I was traveling alone and took the time to stop outside my room for a good chat. I stay in a number of accommodation places throughout the year and I found this to be fantastic.

Villa Mirasol Motor Inn, motel a Bundaberg

Featuring a saltwater swimming pool, Villa Mirasol Motor Inn offers air-conditioned rooms in Bundaberg city centre. Breakfast via room service is available 7 days a week.

We had 3 stays (triple room) over the 2022 Christmas season, Drummond House Manly, $170 p/n; Villa Mirasol Motor Inn Bundaberg $190 p/n, and Novotel Sydney International Airport, $303 p/n. Value for money, facilities etc. the Novotel was not a patch on the other two. Especially as it is supposed to be an international level hotel. Drummond House is accommodation that is an NGO that assists disadvantaged kids and is not a hotel as such – has backpacker facilities, but with private rooms with private bathroom. I’d definitely stay there again when in Sydney for two reasons. It provided everything we needed and it helps kids. Villa Mirasol couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend it. The Novotel was clean, new and close to the airport, but lacked the little things I’d expect for the cost. Will look elsewhere next time I need somewhere close to Sydney airport.
