It’s an old fashioned/retro style family motel and it’s great for that. The room is big, and has a kitchenette (microwave, plates, cups, cutlery etc) as well as the usual mini fridge and kettle. You could stay a few days and self cater if you want. Bathroom has been renovated/modernised and is nice. Walking distance to town. Quiet location.

The bed was very good, as was the wifi, and the free parking on site was useful. The TV worked well and the kitchen had everything you'd expect. The shower was excellent and we found the washing machine, dryer and clothes rack very useful after having been on the road for several days.
