Everything went well! From the patient receptionist at my arrival, who had been waiting almost an hour for me to clear up my account and card conundrums and happily checked me in afterwards, to a night receptionist who presented me with a full blown breakfast at 3 am at my check out day, because I had previously paid for my breakfast, thinking I would leave later that day, and politely asked for "a little something for the road" at the time of my departure.

Just 200 metres from Stuttgart Central Station, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour bar and air-conditioned rooms. Schlossplatz Square and the palace gardens are a 5-minute walk away.

Great room and comfortable too. The location was excellent, staff were incredibly friendly, and the gin bar was a bonus. We had to ask to stay for one extra night, and they squeezed us in even though they were busy. Thank you and we will be back one day.
