Newly Built in 2017 Black on Grey offers standalone accommodation units, located in a semi rural area, on the main road into Geraldine from Timaru.
Every standalone unit is equipped with a lounge/seating area, full kitchen with cooking facilities and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. Flat-screen Smart TV's that have Netflix are available in all rooms.

Rooms were nice and clean. The hosts were extremely helpful and very warm & friendly. Fresh milk was also very welcome. Spacious area to park and the surroundings were nice as well.

Hidden gem in a really lovely town with a hint of old school NZ. Lovely welcome from the lady at reception who was super nice and helpful Clean spacious room had a great overnight stay. Would stay there again it's a good base to explore parts unknown in the area off the main highway.

The complex was very quiet and it felt like there was no-one there even though the motel appeared to be full. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, and we were warm and comfortable.
