Great motel for families. Good location for Universal Studios and Disneyland also not far away. Pasadena is quite and safe location with lots of shops around. Pool was great. Fully recommend.

The front desk lady was nice, the accessibility ramp was good (using a rollator/wheeled walker), the room and its fittings (including bed & bedding) were clean, the bed was comfortably firm, the plumbing worked fine, the small fridge was clean & working, the small microwave seemed clean & appeared operative (though I didn't use it), and the floor was clean (no carpet, but I prefer that). Also, it's close to bus routes and my Uber driver had no trouble finding it. It's also close to several places to eat and walking distance to Target. Please note that you'll need to provide your own shampoo & soap; however, towels are provided. For folks used to luxury, it may seem a bit spare but, seriously, it's got everything you actually need and I thought it was nice.

I liked that Mr Omkar the manager at hotel was very helpful and extremely cooperative. The location was very close to gas station all the restaurants and other shopping places.
