The rooms are clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom and spacious queen bed. The position is just perfect, being really in Downtown South Lake Tahoe. 50m from main street and 10' walking from Nevada border. The staff was very helpful and nice, suggesting places where I could have breakfast or dinner. I would definitely come back and stay again

We loved our convenient stay here! Would definitely stay again. And our fur baby was so happy that they allowed dogs. So so clean too idk why there are reviews there are bugs because the room was exceptional in our experience.

Big Pines Mountain House, motel a South Lake Tahoe

This pet-friendly motel in South Lake Tahoe, California is steps from the shopping, dining and entertainment of Heavenly Village.

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. David and Carla McAdams

Paradice Motel, motel a South Lake Tahoe

Located 5 minutes' walk from Heavenly Village, this boutique South Lake Tahoe motel offers guests rooms equipped with a cable TV featuring HBO film channels.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They give the impression that they do everything for their guests. They even stopped a family who damaged our rental car with their electric scooter from escaping, saving us a lot of trouble👍🏻. Thank you so much for being such Great Hosts!

Located near the California/Nevada stateline, this hotel is a half-mile from Lake Tahoe Beaches and Tahoe Crescent V Shopping Center. It features an outdoor pool with a hot tub and free Wi-Fi.

Excellent location and really helpful staff - we had a rough morning with car trouble (burst tire). When the fridge in our room wasn’t working on arrival, we were upgraded to a wonderful suite. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The repairman helped us with our car and we had a comfortable stay. The desk staff were so helpful letting us use their landline phone to sort out a replacement car because we didn’t have American numbers. We Liked having a microwave and fridge in the room and the spa was lovely!

This motel is located one block south of Lake Tahoe in Eldorado National Forest. Travel Inn offers rooms with free WiFi. Lake Tahoe Airport is 6.4 km from the property.

The price for the Travel Inn was equal or very similar to other hotels. However, if you read reviews with pictures, you'll see that those properties are very dirty and in need of serious renovation or remodel. The Travel Inn was clean and recently remodeled. I did not have any concerns while staying at the Travel Inn.
