The location was perfect and gave us easy access to stunning beachside walking tracks. Our room was beautifully renovated. The hot breakfast was absolutely delicious! The local bowling club was a quick walk for dinner and most importantly the hosts were delightful and so accommodating. We would return again in a heartbeat!

I can't rate Ashwood highly enough! The staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, the WiFi was strong. I had a very comfortable stay. Our third time staying here. Could not be happier with this motel. Great location, big rooms, shops next door, quiet location.....couldn't ask for more. Staff are always lovely and the place is spotless (shoutout to the cleaning staff). One surprising bonus is the wildlife. From the back balcony we have seen possums in the trees, scrub turkeys foraging through the leaf litter, ducks, magpies....it's great.
