Castle Motor Lodge features free Wi-Fi and a large saltwater pool with spa. we reached late it was new years eve the owner happily accepted us and also allowed my kids in the poor late night after 11pm loved the place and the room was nice and clean

The staff and the facilities were excellent. The check in staff could not do enough. She assisted by taking some of my luggage to the room. She came back later to see if I settled in OK. Restaurant on site a great bonus with an extensive menus suitable to my taste. Under cover parking for my motor bike all OK. Would stay there again and strongly recommend.

Featuring barbecue facilities, Reef Gardens Motel is located in Proserpine in the Queensland region, 25 km from Coral Sea Marina and 21 km from Whitsunday Art Gallery. Due to flash flooding and storms we got stranded in Proserpine for 5 days with no accomodation. John and Julie at Reef Gardens Motel found us a room and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They provided us with clean towels every day of our stay and nothing we asked was too much. They cleaned our room consistently and offered to drive us to the local supermarket so we could stock up on some food until the weather had cleared and the airport was back up and running. Thank you both for looking after the 3 of us during this tricky time!
