Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. This was the best accommodation on our NZ trip. Not only was it dead quiet, comfy beds and super fast Wi-Fi with great amenities, it had its own glow worm cave!

Offering free WiFi and free on-site bus and car parking, Mohua Motels is located in Takaka. All accommodation offers a patio, fully equipped kitchenette and mountain and garden views. The motel manager accommodated well for our late arrival and organized breakfasts for us for our early departure the following morning. The communication was quick and helpful. The motel rooms are spotless, clean, and well taken care of. Our stay was a pleasant surprise.

Located just 2 minutes' walk from the beach in the quiet Golden Bay village of Collingwood, The Station House Motel offers comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a courtyard area with BBQ... My room was upgraded to a Family Cottage. It was very clean and tidy. Received fresh milk and some yummy freshly baked biscuits . Beds were very comfy. Location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The hosts were amazing !
