I booked this place last minute, and it exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved the bath, and was able to prepare a simple meal in the kitchenette. Issie at reception is LOVELY. Kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was exhausted when I arrived, so greatly appreciated her kindness!

The apartment is nicely appointed with a small living room, dining space and kitchenette. Great location for easy walk to lake and restaurants as well as hiking around Lake Te Anau.

The room was very spacious and had all the items that you could want. The staff were friendly and the bed comfortable - a good night's sleep was had because despite highway location the room was very quiet.

Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. We loved this hotel. We booked last minute and didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be one of the nicest places that we stayed in New Zealand. Our room seemed brand new and incredibly well thought out. Heated floors, great kitchen, electronic shades, and a view from the shower out thru the living room on to the lake. There are 2 buildings. One is new and the other is older so not sure if you can expect the same type of room in the older building. Location is close the main street with shops and restaurants.

Esplanade Motels offer modern and spacious accommodation with full kitchen facilities, just 3 minutes’ drive from Gore town centre. We made deal to latter, hostess is very kind and friendly. Apartment has great equipment. All is clean and fine. Lady tum on heat, before we arrive.

554 Moana Court Motel offers self-contained accommodation with barbecue facilities and free parking on site. It is a 5-minute walk from Transport World, Stadium Southland and Veledrome. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming and perfect location. Had all the facilities we needed for a couple travelling around New Zealand. Extremely clean and comfortable also! Couldn’t recommend this place anymore! Would definitely come back here

Offering lake and mountain views, Radfords on the Lake is located across the road from Lake Te Anau. Free car parking is provided outside each apartment. Kerri, the owner, was amazing, wonderful and gracious in every way. Super friendly

The view is excellent, and the balcony is nice though windy and chilly in winter but at least we took nice pictures from the balcony. The wifi is good and the heater worked well. The location is good, nice to walk along the lake and not far from the central city.
