The Hoops Inn & Country Hotel is a Grade II listed property nestled within unspoilt countryside and 5 minutes’ drive from a scenic coastal walk. The room was amazing,the staff were fanrastic,the location perfect,the food was great,the whole stay was perfect.

Great to have a small kitchen, Terry and Nikki were brilliant. Very dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Big family rooms if needed.

I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. I appreciated the kindness of the hosts, who were very welcoming and open to give suggestions to help making my trip in Devon and Cornwall memorable. The room was quiet, as well as the rest of the house located close to any shop, bar or restaurant of the village, but still in a very quiet area. I could chose among a wide variety of food for breakfast, and it was very fresh and good. You feel comfortable like at home, and I would recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting the village.

Wow what a superb breakfast and setting Steve is a very skilled cook and host, and Beck a good barista and hostess. We were met by Paddy a very friendly companion. The premises is actually in Stickle path which meant that we were in the same street as our cousins so had plenty of time to catch up and enjoy their company.

Each cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and welcoming. The outside area was ideal for our children, including the park and football area. Zak and his wife were so friendly and helpful it made our stay perfect.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, The Bull Inn is located in Totnes, 300 metres from Totnes Castle. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a cooked breakfast. Brilliantly styled and cozy. The staff are wonderful and the food is excellent.
