The host was very kind to welcome us into the property and show us to our room. We liked that they have a tie up with a nice cafe for an Italian breakfast which included coffee, croissant some bread and juice. They were all very good 👍 The walls are not modern thick/with insulation so expect a bit of noise in the morning when they city wakes up, but we didn't mind that at all.

Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
