The room was big and comfortable. Huge balcony with a nice view. Very clean and all is new and pretty. The decor and the bathroom was just gorgeous! Breakfast is delicious and there's a very big variety! Mike is super nice and helpful. The location is in the center of the city next to a lot of great restaurants. Highly recommend, we were so disappointed that we were there just two nights.

Great weekend at zelloon :) Perfect place for rest and also great starting point for hiking in Zillertal area. Host was really nice, we had some questions about hiking trails nearby and she was happy to give us advice and insights. SPA area and outdoor heated pool come in handy after a long day in the mountains. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was tasty also my wife had birthday so staff surprised her with birthday card and a cake :) To sum up, awesome hotel where everything is really taken care of and traveller can only relax and enjoy.

Kreveti i madraci su ugodni za spavanje. Tv sa netflixom u svakoj sobi i kuhinji. Do skijalista Mayrhofen 3 min voznje do Zillertal arene 7 minuta.. Idealna pozicija za dnevni polazak na skijalista, tako da preporucam i mi cemo se sigurno vratiti prvom prilikom!!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the food was phenomenally delicious,all buffets have a lot of variety, good wine, very good staff and very good service, although it’s a dog hotel it was very very clean ,very nice atmosphere with the dogs around , very nice warm pool , in a quiet location not in the middle of crowds , nice walking paths nearby and 5 minutes away by car from Kaltenbach skii lift

Although small and somehow secluded, this hotel was a gem, exceeding our expectation. Yes, the room is a bit small, but all the amenities and facilities are present and accounted for :) Ah, and the breakfast: absolutely perfect. One cannot ask for more before a full day of skiing.

We chose ElisabethHotel for our little honeymoon and we couldn’t have chosen better! Everything was perfect - our room was clean, comfortable and super spacious, the food was excellent and we loved the luxorious spa! This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.
