Everything! 1. Staff- really nice and accommodating- shout out to Michael; 2. Location- walking distance to the metro/ bus station; 3. Breakfast- super nice spread. they have cereals, juices, egg and BACON; 4. Room- very big- with sofa, balcony, kettle and ref. The room sometimes got a little bit warm good thing they have electric fan to save the day.

The room was unbelievably spacious and the facilities were top notch. There’s a gym and a sauna too. The food was fantastic. The views outside and the location in which this property is situated are amazing!

Das Gerlos stands out from many 4 star offerings in the region. Super modern and clean, very friendly staff, delightful room with a carefully thought out interior and even a bathroom you could find from a well designed house, amazing breakfast (only hotel in Austria we found oatmilk for example) with a special menu on top of the buffet including e.g. varies kinds of omelettes, porridges and pancakes. We only spent there a night but would have been happy to stay for a much longer period. If you look for quality, this is it.

This hotel in Gerlos offers accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace. Everything was simply amazing! From the moment i arrived to the reception to the moment I left the hotel. I stayed only one night passing by; but couldn’t ask for a better hotel! The hosts and managers are a couple who are making you feel at home and welcomed. The breakfast is amazing and the wife is doing speciality omlets that would not be scared to compete with 5* hotels! JUST BOOK IT

The staff is exceptional. Every care to remember our needs was evident while we enjoyed half board service. Additionally, there always a “snack hour” included for hotel guests from 1500-1630 with hot foods, soups, and dessert. The pool was warm and the spa area small but well appointed with steam, sauna, water beds, and lounge area. Our last morning was the day before Easter and our breakfast table delighted the kids as it was decorated with chocolate bunnies and candies! Could not recommend this more!
