Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses. I felt welcomed and at home. I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view. There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb! Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. My new favorite place!

The smell of the place was just gorgeous - loved the pool and sauna - looking at the stars whilst surrounded by snow and toasty warm water was unreal. Location perfect for tubing the next day. Surrounded by the Laurentians Mountains, minutes from the Mont-Temblant ski area and offering a free ski shuttle, this hotel offers a kitchenette in every suite. The hotel was very clean and has beautiful spacious suites. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful and offered advice on what to do in the area. The shuttle was great and the total experience was personal and friendly. Free snowshoeing right next to the hotel was great! Also the jacuzzi was a big plus!
