We visited Como and would only stay on lake Lugano from here on out. Morcote has a ton of charm and great restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was easy. Highly recommend!!

The room we stayed in was really big, more like an apartment instead of a room. We had a living room space and also a small kitchen which you could use for the price of 60€. Our room had a lake view and it was really nice waking up in the morning to that view. The bed and the bed sheets were some of the most comfortable I have seen. The breakfast was exceptional, it had more food varieties than we would eat in a whole day. Besides that, the resort is huge and has swimming pools, a lake beach, a tennis court, basketball and beach tennis courts, basically everything you could think of
