I love the hotel’s location along the Verzasca River, the staff, the accommodations and the restaurant. Really, everything! A beautiful waterfall is located right next to the hotel…you can eat on the patio with the sound waterfall and the sight of the water. The river is directly across the street and the Ponte dei Salti bridge is in the immediate area…maybe 500 yards up the road. There are nice (and long) hiking trails, numerous rustic towns to visit, and the Verzasca Dam is just down the road. The hotel staff is very warm and inviting, and I was relieved to find they had an English speaker (actually, several) on staff.

Overlooking the surrounding mountains, MyVerzasca Resort Ai piee offers quiet rooms and a restaurant in the scenic Verzasca Valley. A river runs by the house which you can swim in. Everything was wonderful! From Davide and the staff who took great care of us, to the very clean and comfortable rooms, and finally to the great location in the middle of the Sonogno-Lavertezzo trail which was for great for us, as the weather was a bit unpredictable and it allowed us to adapt faster to the changing conditions. Thank you for the great (although too short) stay!

We had an incredible time staying at Casa Rossa! Excellent facilities, including hot tub and e-bike hire. Lovely food in the restaurant next door. Welcoming host, very helpful. Beautiful location, peaceful with stunning views! Would definitely recommend!

It's a good place for resting after a long hike. Owners are friendly and helpful and easy going. You get complimentary coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, honey, soap and more. Television and coffee machine is working. Apartment is clean and easy to find, fresh linen and towels. More expensive then hotels in sonogno but Hotels in Sonogno are always booked out or it's very complicated to book. Casa21 is a good choice!!
