The staff were very helpful and able to accomodate my early check-in and allowed me to leave my bags at reception after check-out. The beautiful room was comfortable and spacious. I would very gladly come back the next time I'm in Lübeck!

The place is just lovely, we had a suite with in-room sauna. The view to the old city was beautiful. The house is historic but well maintained, the whole place feels great and authentic. The staff was always nice and helpful. The place is very close to the marina and the city center. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Breakfast was nice, though you had to book a time slot in advance.

Its very updated and rooms are a good size. The facilities and common spaces were all perfect, the bar, lobby, fitness, and breakfast room were all impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and I would recommend to anyone to go out of their way to stay at this hotel! The location is also unbeatable

La posizione è meravigliosa. Il ristorante e’ buonissimo!

Si trova a poca distanza dalle spiagge del mar Baltico, che si possono raggiungere facilmente anche in bicicletta (a noleggio in Hotel), ma consente di stare in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassata, con silenzio notturno totale . Ottima la qualità del ristorante, colazione senza punti deboli. Pulizia assoluta.

The night time front desk staff was amazing! They helped us get a taxi in the middle of the night and were so kind to us. we only spent 2 1/2 hours at hotel and wished we were able to stay on property for longer. We were chasing our cruise ship.

Il fatto che nel prezzo erano inclusi tantissime cose gratis come ad esempio il trenino che ogni mezz'ora passava e ti portava ad ogni angolo di Binz... E devo dire che è stato molto divertente.... E poi l'entrata alla piscina anch'essa gratuita.... E poi c'erano tantissime altre cose gratuite ma il tempo purtroppo a nostra disposizione era poco altrimenti sarebbe stato davvero molto utile. L'appartamentino era della grandezza giusto e tutto molto funzionale per quel che serviva. Alla fine stando sempre in giro eravamo lì solo per dormire. Però le cose piu importanti tipo il letto(da favola) e il bagno(con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno) erano più che ottimo. Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito sul divano e devo dire che eravamo un po' scettici. E stato di una comodità mai immaginato e poi le lenzuola.... Mai viste di così pulite.... E profumate.... I ragazzi hanno dormito nei lettini e anche loro hanno detto la stessa cosa.... Insomma il tutto è stato davvero più che ottimo....

We've liked the à la carte restaurant Gynt's very much. Not only for the quality of their food but even so for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Quite the opposite of the desk office lady. She can certainly learn from these people how to conduct business in a proper and fluid manner.

Fun skateboard theme in the public areas, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the dinners were excellent and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever experienced.😄 The location is perfect for both the marina and the beach and the bed was supercomfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more.
