Manager Aladdin goes out of his way to make sure you feel happy, he offers a generous complimentary breakfast, free laundry service, at one stage he even organized the house delivery of a few bottles of beer for me. Wow! And finally he also organized a private early morning transfer to the airport.

The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme. This hotel is highly recommended.
