The decor is stunning in both the main building and the suites- the food is perfect and the staff are absolutely amazing. impossible to better!

Just a mile from Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District, this luxury boutique hotel offers home-cooked food and free Wi-Fi. Overall, everything was perfect. The room was large enough, the supplies were sufficient, and the service staff were very kind and tried their best to meet all our needs during our stay. I have to mention Charlie, he is seriously the funniest person I have ever met in the UK. The hot tub should be the biggest feature of this hotel. My wife and I enjoyed it for three whole days and were very satisfied. The price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel is located in the middle of the two towns of Bowness and Windermere, and it is very convenient to walk to both towns. In any case, I will definitely recommend this hotel next time I come to the Lake District, or if my friends want to travel to the Lake District.

The hotel was fantastic, great location only a short walk into Bowness or 15 min to Windermere. Great breakfast , plentiful and best quality., takeaway coffee was a nice addition. Staff were awesome and friendly . Comfortable bed and clean rooms
