We liked everything about the hotel. Our room was big, comfortable and very nicely refurbished (althought the building is obviously quite old, the room was modern and quite stylish). All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was also good - always sufficent choice, regularly replenished. The place was quiet alhough it is basically right in the centre of the city. We would certainly recommed this hotel and in case we happen to travel to Zalaegerzeg again, we will definitely stay here.

Great location with the surrounding environmet, beautiful atmosphere and really great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was very clean, stylish, and the apartments are huge! On my second stay, I also got a sauna on the balcony. So very well equipped. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. When I will visit Zala again, I will definately come back to Zala Springs!

Very spacious and comfortable room in a cozy, nicely furnished house. It is located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of the center and also very close to the motorway. The host lady is very kind. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We only spent one night here as a transit destination between our home in Eastern Hungary and the Veneto area in Italy, but the location is an ideal starting point for exploring the city (Nagykanizsa) and the surrounding areas, including Zalakaros, as well.

Great cosy apartment in Zalakaros. It was warm and had a nice view. There was also a dedicated parking spot. I didn't read the instructions for self chack-in very closely so was a little bit confused about the exact location of the place. The hosts were very responsive by message and also on the phone and helped me with everything. They even sent suggestions what to do in the town during my stay. There were also complimentary drinks and snacks left for me in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Zalaegerszeg. Smooth check-in and check-out with friendly host. Central, but quiet area. Spacious flat in a typical Hungarian house from the good old days. Zalaegerszeg is usually neglected by tourists, though it is one of the most pleasantt towns in Hungary. If you are on your way to Slovenia/Croatia/Austria and need a nice place to stay, take HOME for a few nights and enjoy the best part of Hungary.

Quiet area, a 10-15 min. walk to Zalakaros Thermal Spa, terrace with table, chairs and some panorama - a nice place to sit if it is not raining or cold outside. Clean, spacious, decently arranged, practical and functional apartment for four adults and a child, with bathroom and a second toilet, with Netflix service active on TV, a plus of joy for our little girl who was able to watch her favorite cartoons.

The place is awesome and the hosts are very friendly and helpful! The apartment is clean and cozy. Since we stayed in January, the hosts switched on a wooden stove personally for us! So sweet! On the backyard there are emu ostriches walking. They are so cute;) It is just 5 min drive to Zalakaros thermal spa and there’s a pizzeria Rigo in the building next to the spa.

The apartment was very spacious with very good facilities and well equipped kitchen. Parking is right outside the apartment door with a supermarket and ATM in the village and only.15 minutes drive to Zalaegerszeg. The owner is lovely and friendly despite not speaking English, we managed to communicate in German easily enough. I would love to stay again.

Fantastic localization (3 minutes walking from terms), the best restaurant in Zalakaros, for sure not worth to eat anywhere else! Very clean! Great staff! Friendly and family atmosphere, we really recommended We had apartment with 2 bedrooms, which was perfect for our 5 members family, youngest one was sleeping on huge couch in living room :)

Excellent location, couple of minutes walk to the thermal spa of Zalakaros and supermarkets. We rented two apartments , they were clean and well equipped, had (almost) everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Parking slot in front of the building was always available. Swimming pool in the building free of charge.

Very nice, new and spacious apartment, nice young host family with two lovely small kids, good value for money , and all of that in the posh Spa-village of Zalakaros, surrounded by pristine nature yet close by a: bigger town (Nahykanizas): the best of both worlds!

The VillaLucia is ideally situated for the thermal spa and also close to Zala Springs Golf Resort. The room is large with plenty of room to move around. There is a ‘kitchenette’ but I wouldn’t want to make more than a cup of tea in what is essentially my bedroom.

very nice apartment for singles or couples. clean and secure in the villa park. ideal for enjoying the countryside of zala or the nearby golf course. kitchen is fully equipped and a welcome wine was included. recommended! will be back soon.

Super clean apartment, property. Veronika, the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location to visit the Hévíz Thermal Lake Baths as well as to take short trips to nearby other famous thermal spas Zalakaros and Kehida-Kustány.

A friendly, family-owned hotel, excellent location, ample parking space, quiet rooms, good wifi, aircon. We always stay here when we visit Zalaegerszeg.
