Located just a 5-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, Hakuba Alpine Hotel features simple rooms and outdoor hot spring baths. It is just a 5-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. This hotel is much better than the photos shown in booking.com, especially the onsen, the photos shown in booking.com needed to be updated, to show the nice and clean onsen. The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel, is the best Japanese meals my family ever had, It's very delicious and fresh, we enjoyed and finished everything in our plates. The onsen is not big but very nice, it has 2 onsen - one outdoor and one indoor, both are very warm and fantastic feel, especially after ski.

I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were picked up from the station, welcomed by a large sushi platter and then we could organise ski hire at the hotel. The room was very spacious and warm. The billiards and fire place were super cosy every night and the snacks made the trip easy. Also location is very close to Cherry pub and Echoland, so walking to dinner made the trip extra convenient. The breakfast in the morning and then being taken to the ski fields. Tatami, our host, was so generous with his time and kindness. We are a family of five.

Located in Otari and with Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area reachable within 2.3 km, 椛 Momiji features ski-to-door access, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.

Featuring a public bath and mist sauna, Phoenix Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group is located in Hakuba, a 30.6 km drive from Nagano. Love our room. We chose the share-bath room type by accident, but in the end it didn’t bother us. The public hot bath and shower are very clean, we didn’t see another guest while using it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great, and the restaurant Mimi at the hotel is beyond excellent.
