I like everything about it , the staff were soo nice and welcoming , they let us to drop our luggage early in the morning & helped us calling a taxi to take us to Sapporo station , the room was so clean , has everything u need and big enough for two , there was a grocery store near by and it’s walkable to many stations around the property

I loved the kitchenette and proximity to the grocery store so I could save money on meals and get proper nutrition for my special diet. They have the guest's comfort in mind and have the guest experience very thoughtfully planned out. The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by cigarette smoke smells or noise.

They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!
