The hotel was definitely older but clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave our kids some lollies when we arrived. The buffet dinner was amazing with lots of options and quality food. The sushi was fabulous and the kids loved the warm chocolate sauce with ice-cream and chocolate cake. The onsens were great and it was fabulous having the use of another hotel's onsen with both inside and outside onsens. We loved the traditional rooms, gowns and Japanese beds. The views were lovely too with all the greenery plus we could hear a waterfall.

There was everything that I loved about this place and the room which faced the river was so breathtaking, I can not thank the hotel enough for giving us a riverview room. The staff were amazing and my Japanese was so poor their english was awesome. We had three people in the room and it had plenty of space to move around in. The location is right at the JR Sakuragicho station and only one stop from Yokohama which bascially can take you to all the go to places in Tokyo and surrounds. I loved this particular location as it was also much quieter than the others, and lots of places to eat, the coin laundry was not too far to walk, and everything was so super relaxing at this hotel. A huge thanks again.
