Our family weekend at this Medina hotel was exceptional. The staff showered our daughter with attention, making our stay extra special. The spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, and pool were not only comfortable but also very photogenic. Its location near the city center made exploring Medina a breeze. The hotel manager's outstanding support stood out, ensuring our visit was seamless. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Medina. We can't wait to come back!

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. Our huge room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan carpets and furniture beneath double-height ceilings. The service from Mustafa and Abou was exceptional, as was the breakfast served in the bright and airy courtyard. The riad is on a quiet alleyway in close walking distance to the main market, away from other tourist accommodations. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

Excellent staff. Stunning views on the old medina from the restaurant on the rooftop terrace. Very nice and big pool area to enjoy at anytime of the day. Extremely convenient location to access the medina and easy to reach by car and taxi.

The Hotel is very clean and in a good position with fast access to the main attraction that FES can offer to you. The staff are very polite and they want to offer you the best experience. I fully recomment this hotel if you want to enjoy their hospitality.

Hôtel Royal Urban Concept ตั้งอยู่ในเฟส ห่างจากพระราชวังแห่งเฟส 1.8 กม. และ ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเฟส 800 ม. ที่พักนี้อยู่ห่างจาก Batha Square 3 กม. ห่างจาก Bab Bou Jeloud Fes 3.6 กม. The staff was nice, particularly Hisham and Khaoula, but all other staff was nice too. The shower and bathroom was good. Breakfast is simple but good. The air conditioner was good, it wasn't very noisy.

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great hotel with great people who serve you. From Ghita imane and saad in reception ,they were all fantastic. The swimming pool area is top.
