We parked about a 10 min walk away at a free parking lot, which was great. The property itself has a ton of character, with beautiful, spacious rooms that are very tastefully decorated. The room was extremely clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I loved all the attention to detail the owner has put into the room, such as refreshments and breakfast items in the fridge, and robes, and I LOVED the various flavors of fresh tea provided with beautiful tea glasses. The location is also great, very quiet at night but super close to shops and restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here when visiting Middelburg, NL. Lovely clean and well-furnished apartment for the two of us. Massive sofa big enough for watching TV, reading or snoozing. Walking distance from town centre to visit restaurants, cafes, sights, and shops. Had all the kitchen facilities and utensils we needed for self-catering, for the times we did not want to go out for meals. Stairs to climb but large windows created light and airy space, without passers-by looking in. It was a great base for us to explore Middelburg, as well as cycle around other Walcheren towns and villages.

Great location, directly on the beach, rooms were clean. Pet friendly, that is a big plus. On a windy nights you can fall asleep with the sound of waves crashing on the beach, for me that was amazing. Hotel is directly across a big store and quite close to the town centre.
