The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made it a priority to get our room ready early after a long flight and they had great recommendations for food. Definitely try Borda d’agua for delicious fish right in Lagoa. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The hotel was so central to all things we did on the island. The free breakfast was good! I would definitely stay here again!

I wish I remember all the names to thank them , but definitely Vivian ( the concierge) was very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank them all and everyone, it was a great experience and highly recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in the Azores. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and super clean, and included cot bed for our toddler. Onsite facilities were good including kid room. Restaurant food was good quality and well presented, both for dinner and breakfast. Bar was really nice and service excellent. Heated pool in the banana house was great! My partner used the spa and was very impressed with the massage she received. Also able to take the bus into Ponta Delgada, bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Quick journey and very cheap cost.

The views are out of this world, even if the weather is not that good. But above all we were extremely surprised by the staff. The staff has been unlike anything we've ever seen. We had a fantastic stay at Sul Villas and Spa. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to us during the entirety of our time at the resort, from helping us order taxis to organizing an earlier checkout when we had just gotten in from a long flight; the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We really appreciated the privacy of our villa as well as the beautiful view. The room was also well decorated and had everything needed for our stay. The hotel restaurant was great for when you did not want to leave the resort, and Lagoa town has some good options for dinner if you are looking for something different. We highly recommend Sul Villas and Spa and would love to return. Obrigada!!
