The hotel is very new and has a really well planned scandinavian look. It feels very cozy and also has a kitchen which makes it really cool to self prepare what you want. It was very convenient for us.

Located in Ljungskile, Kärrstegens Gård features a restaurant, garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms feature a private bathroom. Private parking is free on site. Confortable room with kitchen corner but a bit overloaded with decorative objects. A nice terrace besides the rooms to take a drink with friends when weather permitted (it did). A good breakfast is brought in the evening and put in the fridge. Plenty of free parking available. The very good salmon shop and restaurant (Laxbutiken Ljungskile AB) is just at a 10 min walk.

The place is great! In the middle of the green of sweden and in front of a small lake (or something similar) the room is a little bit small but comfortable and with all the necessary ( not hairdryer). Rooms are located in different places round the main house. There is also small "prives" in the common area with tables, chairs, pillows where you can stay and relax! I loved it! Breakfast with excellent products and the host very welcoming. ABSOLUTLY Recommended, I hope to return soon! THANKS

Breakfast was splendid, all you could wish and a bit more! Beds were very comfortable, albeit the pillows were a bit to hard according to my wife:) Easy parking. A bit noisy being close to the main thoroughfare but manageable. The landlord is a very nice and pleasant guy with loads of experience in the business. We can only recommend this place highly!
