This was our second time staying at the Inn. Neal and Mike are amazing hosts. The environment is very welcoming , warm and homey. Home hooked breakfast every morning. The rooms are big, well furnished, comfortable beds and toiletries available. The common space is great place where guests get together to chat, watch TV in front of a cozy fireplace. The outdoor area is huge with plenty of patio furniture hammocks and fire pits. About a 20 minute walk into town. I love this place and will stay again at my next visit.

A beautiful property in a great location. Breakfast was a lovely selection of small plates, with delicious sweet and savoury home-made choices. We stayed in The Loft room which was perfect for January, very cosy with a remote-controlled gas fire and an amazing bathroom. If I stay again in the spring/summer months I would probably choose a room at the front of the house with a view out to the bay. We had a delightful 2-night stay and would highly recommend.

The Sea Breeze Inn is close enough to downtown Newport's shops and eats to get there conveniently, and yet it is far enough away from all that traffic and congestion so you can relax and enjoy some solitude. We also liked the fact that the windows in our room actually worked as windows are supposed to, letting in those great ocean breezes, and letting us breathe fresh air. We also liked the cooked to order breakfasts each morning.

Lindo lugar para pasear en familia
Linda ciudad sobre el mar. Los castillos son increíbles. Sugiero comprar el pasaje del día para a línea 67 de colectivo local (sale USD6) para recorrerlos. Sale de Rhode Island Public Transit Authority, recorre todos los castillos y se puede bajar y subir cuantas veces sea necesario durante 24h. Ese pasaje también sirve para otras líneas (tomamos la 64 para ir a la estación de tren de Kingston). La visita guiada en español de The Breakers y Marble House es muy completa. Los tickets se pueden comprar con anticipación por internet.
