He is very eager to help the guests about the island. The room was big enough and very clean. Facilities were better than we expected. Location is not far away from the center, 15 min by walk. You can find market and groceries 5 min away.

They have rooftop swimming pool couple streets away, it is still being built and a little under developed(March 2024), but great views from 16th floor, nice water temperature. I liked everything about this place, you won't regret it.

We have been traveling for the past 5 months and this place has been the best so far. The lady who runs the place is simply amazing. The room, especially the beds, were of extremely high quality and everything is completely new. We have never slept so well in our entire lives. The TV with Netflix and YouTube was brilliant on rainy days. Also the Wi-Fi was extremely fast. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la playa donde se encuentra estaba limpia, al menos el tramo del hotel. Aunque no tengan desayuno, alrededor hay muchos sitios muy ricos y bien de precio. Pídete un smoothie de mango y un mojito en el bar Mojito, que está al lado, estaban muy ricos. Hay un restaurante subiendo la calle donde puedes cenar pescado fresco que te lo hacen a la parrilla. Además el personal fue muy amable y nos dejó quedarnos en una de las habitaciones más tarde del checkout ya que nuestro avión salía por la tarde. En general recomiendo mucho este hotel, además los atardeceres se ven increíbles.

Perfect location. Staff is helpful and welcome. Affordable restaurants on the beach. Private clean beach. Perfect tranquility and friendly staff. I can spend the whole day just to chill here. Sure come back!

El City Center Rosa Hotel goza de una buena ubicación en el distrito Duong Dong de Phu Quoc, a 2,9 km de la pagoda Sung Hung y a 20 km del casino Corona y del Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc. Habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. Silenciosas en general y a un tiro piedra de la playa. Son muy amables y serviciales. Huyen es estupenda... Me ha ayudado para mandar un paquete por correos, comprar tarjeta SD, me ha llevado a dar una vuelta y enseñado algunos lugares que desconocía... Un encanto de persona!
