During our trip to South Africa we stayed at station house twice: 6 days in the beginning of a trip and another unplanned night after a car accident where we got injured. The staff was excellent and was so kind to arrange a late check out as we needed to rest before the long trip back. Breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, roof top terrace spectacular and the neighborhood a safe and good pick for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed time in Cape Town.

The property is so pretty with all the turbines from the days the hotel was a power station, mixed with modern paintings and what not. Really adds to the atmosphere. It's connected to a gastropub which was very convenient in the evening because we were tired and didn't even have to leave the property to have a nice burger and beers(plus live music). The breakfast is amazing, I got myself a delicious eggs benedict with smoked salmon. There was loadshedding but the hotel honors its past and has a generator so we were not left in the dark. Finally, loved the vibe in Thesen Island, the canals, the calm streets, etc.

The Belmont exceeded every expectation, the location, the facilities and the staff were absolutely 10/10. It Felt like a boutique 5* Hotel. Cant wait to visit again.

Situated in Cape Town, 2 km from Mouille Point Beach, Hotel Lola features accommodation with a garden, private parking and a terrace. I loved everything about Hotel Lola ! It's the perfect balance between privacy and feeling in a family home. I stayed in the pink room, and the bed was so comfy only the delicious breakfast could take me out of it. Definitely recommend staying at Hotel Lola and would be back ! Thank you the lovely stay !
