We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

Great Hotel and Superbe service/ The beach is very close to the hotel - 10 min walk and with a wonderful coral reef. The hotel staff is super helpful, friendly and caring and coming from Germany it is a real game changer ! Kids enjoy their time very much due to big water slide and at night with carousel, small roller-coast and much more Finally we had a health issue during the stay and having a competent doctor in the clinic inside the Hotel is a massive plus. Definitely will go again

Staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. The overall hotel is massive with incredible amenities, a true all-inclusive with everything you need to a have a terrific, stress-free stay. Having our own private Cabana within the Royal Club was a tremendous perk and something we really enjoyed. Our two favourite restaurants were the Indian and outdoor picnic BBQ experience; both top notch and not to be missed. This was our first experience travelling to Egypt and the Red Sea resort areas, we would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others.

The entire property, including the rooms, common areas, and dining spaces, was immaculate. The housekeeping staff deserves special praise for their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mesmerizing sea view. Waking up to the sight of the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea was truly a treat for the senses. Whether it was from my room or while lounging by the pool, the view was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's beachfront location allowed for easy access to the water, making it a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts like myself. One aspect that sets the Albatross Hurghada Hotel apart is its exceptional staff. From the receptionists to the restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. As a family traveler, safety is of utmost importance to me, and I was pleased to find that the Albatross Hurghada Hotel takes the safety of its guests, particularly children, seriously.
