The terrace with the private pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel. It was absolutely amazing. The water was warm enough without heating and couldnt get enough of swimming. The terrace is big and the view amazing. The AC of the room was quick and helped to cool down well.

From the moment we got to Seaside Resort we were greeted by the most friendly staff, to the guys minding our bags to the ladies in reception, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and simpler check in process. We arrived early on our check in day and was kindly offered if we would like to avail of the buffet breakfast, this was not expected as we were arriving so early. We also got kindly upgraded to a fantastic room. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were only able to stay at the resort for two nights but we would love to return for a longer stay in the future! The food was very good with a good selection as the buffet. I didn't realise that the a la carte menus were an extra cost however I believe you are entitled to a meal if you stay seven nights. We did eat in one of the A La Carte Menus on one of our nights and it was really nice and the views are fantastic. We also need to mention the Gym Facilities, they are truly fantastic and the trainer was so friendly and accommodating! We also visited the spa for a massage on our stay which again was fabulous. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends visiting Crete

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, bed super comfortable and the food was delicious. We didn’t get to use private plunge pool that much because it was pretty cold (mid September) but it was still enjoyable to chill and read next to it. The room was very peaceful and comfortable, I’ve literally had the best sleep and rest in forever.

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. We were a family of 3 adults, with breakfast and a private pool. The staff is kind and especially thanks to Stella. The restaurants have a very rich breakfast. The location is excellent and accessible to a pampering private beach. A variety of restaurants and a supermarket inside and outside the hotel, it's easy to go on star trips. Gorgeous view. Already very pleasant. We highly recommend the resort

Everything is at the highest level, the hotel area is always clean with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a sandy beach with children’s and water activities, a cozy room with everything you need, friendly staff, always ready to help, a buffet with an unimaginable number of dishes, and also Greek, Italian and grill restaurants, bars with a huge number of drinks, evening performances in the amphitheater and on Main Plaza. I planned to see something else in Crete, but the hotel covered all my needs.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
