One of the best hotel i have ever visited. Gorgeous buildings, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms with very big swimmingpool and nice Seaview with high quality service. It was very good quality of food and drinks with all included and the staff was very delightful and trying to make your vacation perfect.

The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !

The property is very well-managed, everything is in order and plenty of activities and sun and wonderful blue-flag beach. Very thankful for such a gem. Food is tasty and fresh, Estia restaurant and Anna who worked their and all the other staff were super friendly for us was especially good with a variety of fresh vegetarian and seafood, staff is absolutely professional and totally supportive.

the food was excellent, all inclusive works very well with kids. great variety between the different eatery options. pools for all - quiet to noisy, kids play adults chill. we moved to a hot tub room which was amazing for the kids and their friends in evenings.The staff were so helpful and polite.
