We had a lovely stay. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

Everyone who worked at Pleasant Hill Resort was friendly and helpful - from the reception staff to the restaurant and cleaning staff to the drivers and the manager, Vinod. Additionally, the food and service was excellent; I especially loved the fresh avocado juice for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the view was spectacular. Our stay was peaceful and so memorable. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone!

The location is beautiful amongst a Cardamom plantations and surrounded by tea estates. Super staff : kind, efficient and helpful. The meals at the barn were very tasty. The in-house activities with a naturalist were enjoyable. Not to mention the high tea in the afternoon.

Extremely warm and friendly hosts, very helpful in figuring out what all fun activities to do and also delicious food for every meal. Spent 3 great days enjoying the beautiful area around Marayoor and this amazing property. Wouldn't stay anywhere else except here on my next trip to Marayoor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vibe Munnar Resort & SPA and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, traditional welcome and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The staff are not just friendly, they are exceptional in every sense of the word. Their genuine care and eagerness to assist made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant and room service was simply delightful. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. And imagine my surprise and delight when I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious pool villa! It was a gesture that truly made my stay extra special. The interior decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort seamlessly. It's evident that attention to detail is a top priority at the resort and it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Lastly, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Nishanth Nair for upgrade to the pool villa. Your thoughtfulness added an extra layer of joy to my already wonderful stay.
