the staff is friendly, help us alot although we did not stay here, but we still want to recommend this resort. Because the staff who chatted to me on whatsapp, he is very kind and try to help me alot. he help me to arrange the car with good price when i got rush business have to comeback airport immediatly. and he ask me after i went back home about my problem is done yet? So sorry because can not stay with you.

Everything! The location is very convenient, closed to modern city and 45minutes by a green Vin bus (SMC 07) to old city. Most of all, the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, the staff service level is great, too.

Cool weather. In the resort, there are many trees to shade the sun, creating a private area. Wide swimming pool. Comfortable staying.

The very accommodating, attentive, and fantastic team of staff who helped us all the way! Customer service was amazing and the ambiance and atmosphere of the place was breathtaking. It feels like we're not in Hanoi, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to the airport. The bed was just right for us that we could stay there the whole day! They maintain the place really well, too. Plus, the food was absolutely tasty! They have an entertainment room which allowed us to watch TV and sing our hearts out.

Really relax at resort. Peaceful and large. Onsen was excellent, staffs were helpful but not much speak english. The Vietnamese set menu were good.

We stayed for 10 nights, the apartment was on 23rd floor in a residential area (Ocean park) with a very large construction site outside. The apartment was clean and modern. There were convenience stores all over but not much else.
