The structure as well as the bungalow spread good vibes. It’s a truly relaxing environment. The staff really does its best to accomodate any type of request. Mr. Trung is amazingly good at his job, hyper efficient, multitasking and extremely gentle. The yoga lessons free of charge with a wonderful instructor are a real plus for travellers wishing to relax and doing a bit of exercise early in the morning. I would encourage the management to pay attention to few things: stains on pillows at the bottom of the bed; improvement of the English level of the staff; changing of the payment method for the laundry (by kilos instead of pieces); dinner quality (either you improve the quality or reduce the pricing). Considering the enormous efforts of the staff to make everybody at ease and happy, we give a well deserved 10.

‘È tutto come vedere nelle foto. Pulitissimo. Cómodo. Personale molto accogliente ed educato. Abbiamo noleggiato i loro motorini a buon prezzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Colazione super abbondante e fresca con tanto di marmellate fatte in casa di mango, frutto della passione, ecc. Tanta frutta fresca tra le tante cose. La piscina ‘è molto bella e pulita. Il personale ‘è molto attento a tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. Ci hanno proporzionato il transfer (a pagamento ma a soli € 5) in machina privata.

Valentina Resort felt like home. Room was on the 2 floor, we were 2 girls with big suitcases so the staff helped us with it. The jungle view from the room is amazing to wake up too. Breakfast is so tasty and different every day, you can even order one meal separately from the buffet (I recommend tuna sandwich). Swimming pool is so clean and surrounded by palms, cool for your Insta pictures too. Staff is another story. I was shocked by their kindness and willingness to help, especially big thanks to Toan who helped me, looking for a charger for my phone all around the island. Very grateful. I will definitely come back here with family! Recommended!!
