Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

El hotel es muy bonito. Todo de madera, es como un hotel de montaña y con jardines interiores. Situado en la parte alta de Sapa, una zona más tranquila. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno. La piscina está fuera del hotel, a 100 metros, y hay taxis, servicio gratuito del hotel, que te llevan.

Everything was amazing, the people of the Lodge were super sweet and super nice, the location is mindblowing, you're surrounded by local people, the pool is very nice, the room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is really nice. Also the bed was huge, and comfortable, everything is also exactly like the pictures. I also received a bouquet of handmade flowers because it was my birthday, that was the nicest thing ever! And I also received a local thankyou/ goodbye gift, thank you so much for your kindness and for making my Sa pa trip memorable.

The room looks exactly as the picture. This is by far one of the most tranquil hotels I have stayed in with stunning views. Its also an easy walk into town and to Cat Cat Village. The coffee at breakfast was also amazing.

El hotel esta limpio y en buenas condiciones,bien situado depende de lo que busques,està a 30' del centro pero nosotros buscabamos tener vistas al paisaje aunque para tener eso tienes que reservar en los bungalows view mountain si no,no las tienes Tienen un spa muy chulo y un desayuno muy bueno
