Highly recommend! I really like its architecture, the room is very spacious and amazing , always smelling nice. The food is super nice and you’ll always find your taste. The staff is always willing to help, We had a great help from Mr. Mina and lots of stuff members “ smo3a and the pasta guy” You’ve access to the other two hotels and also you’ve access to the marina. The pools are clean and amazing corals in the beach 😍😍 overall I would comeback here without hesitation 🤩 Great value for money 💴

Starting from Mr. Mina Mamdouh, Mr. Ahmed Barakat, Sayed Nageh in Reception as they are too friendly, hospitalizing us, taking care of all details espesially for my old mother and respond spontenously and positively to all requests. Also the room is too big and well furnatured as well house keeping is active. Mr. Omar and Mohammed Gad from golf car and shuttle bus really appreciate thier efforts and smily faces all the time. Beach is clean and too long and zupport a lot of activities. Food is tasty in resturants as well you get a good varities of oriantal and weastern food. Animation is very good as well creative. Fully recommend Portfino and will repeat my visit soon.

They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

The reception staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Many thanks for the friendly lifeguard in the marina.

I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. A huge resort in a very nice spread of various functions. Easy to find and reach. All employees are always welcoming and energetic with sense of humor and enthusiasm. The room is well prepared, really clean and comfortable. High quality stay and happy with people and facilities here.
