You all made our trip so special.

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. The staff were amazing! So friendly and they all love kids. Our little Leonardo was like a celebrity around the resort and the staff were incredibly helpful to us and playful with him. Special shouts go to Mattias, Allam, and Hezem who looked after us during our stay. Our rooms were exceptionally cleaned every day. The food was incredible - such variety and different every day. Would highly recommend!
