They were really kind and had the capability to give us great service and be invisible if it was needed. We had a really nice room, a 'Seaside Superior Chalet', cleaned up every day. Fresh towels to inside and outside usage were provided every 3 days too. We loved that we got fresh flowers every day in our room/bathroom. We enjoyed very much the well-kept garden, the pool and the common places of the resort. We ordered our lunch and dinner from our hosts, the chef of the kitchen (Angi's mum) was amazing: very tasty foods, huge portions, fantastic local tastes! Furthermore my wife and me are vegans - they prepared our meals accordingly which deserves an extra praise! We had the chance to take a look inside the kitchen - it is probably the tidiest one in Indonesia! The coral reefs are really close, there is a 'natural pathway' to walk out on feet even in low-tide. They are beautiful, we did unforgettable snorkeling! We enjoyed the friendliness of the entire staff! We spent here 16 days - it is strongly recommended for those ones who are searching for relaxing, calm vacation place.

K2 Lembeh Dive Resort features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bitung. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The air-conditioned rooms provide a mountain view and come with a desk and free WiFi. We had an excellent 7 night stay at K2 Lembeh. The owner and the staff are outstanding. Sharon, the owner, communicated in a timely manner, answering all questions before we arrived, and then helping with arrangements during our stay via WhatsApp. Irra, who is in charge of the house and restaurant staff, was efficient and conscientious and very kind. She took care of all the details and even arranged for me to accompany her on a shopping trip to a huge market in Bitung on a day I was not able to dive. It is one of my trip highlights. Man, who is in charge of overall operations, and the dive experience, could not have been any more helpful. From arranging the details of our transportation, to taking me, after hours, into Bitung to see a doctor for an ear infection (he made the appointment, guided me to it, and stayed with me to help me figure out what was needed), to directing our dives, he always went above and beyond. You can tell that he takes pride in the operation and is very conscientious about making each guest’s stay a good experience. Fiki, our dive guide, was one of the best I have had. He was excellent at finding all those cool Lembeh Strait critters, and I also always felt very safe diving with him as he was always aware of us in the water, and was encouraging and thoughtful to me, a still slightly uncomfortable diver. The food was delicious—lots of local dishes, lots of vegetables and fresh fish. It is served as a buffet in an open area with a stunning view down the hill and to the Strait. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the dining area, but we did not mind them. The guests shared a table for meals which I really liked, as we met so many interesting travelers. The cabins are spacious, with a deck and a fine view, AC that works well, and your own carboy of water, with both hot and cold-water options.

I booked my trip in a rush, hoping to make a once in a lifetime visit to Sulawesi. I hadn't done much research, so it wasn't until I arrived in Lembeh that I realised I was far away from the famous Bunaken and could only do muck diving in Lembeh. The muck diving was PHENOMANAL for anyone wanting to see tiny stuff. However meeting other guests who had the foresight of booking the Manado and Lembeh sister resorts, I felt a bit embarrassed and a whole load of FOMO for coming to Sulawesi and not seeing Bunaken. I spoke to the management at Lembeh and they went away with my thoughts and after a day came back to confirm they had secured me a room and transfer at the sister resort in Manado and i would be able to continue my diving in Bunaken - and yes it was worth it, the coral walls and the turtles made it all worthwhile. The staff were attentive and lovely at both resorts. The dive guides in Mando were very mature and excellent. The food was great and the atmosphere between guests was excellent. I had a fab time as a solo traveller at both Thalassa resorts.

The rooms are beautiful, especially when you focus on the details and workmanship (beautiful wood, comfortable bed, very nice ingenious shower, a lot of storage space). The house reef is beautiful with very nice coral and a lot of different fish species. The staff is just amazing, very friendly and knowledgable with regards to hospitality. The food was just amazing, Italian Indonesian fusion cuisine with a very refined taste. Also good options for people who eat vegan/vegetarian. The diving here was very nice as well, Randy and Jek, thanks for your kindness and sharing your knowledge while diving. You all are very special.

Scuba diving can be arranged on site, while free WiFi is accessible throughout the entire resort. I cant remember the last time I stayed at a hotel/resort and everyone knew my name, it was most endearing. Loved that the staff took the trouble to remember us all and always conversed with the warmest smile, really did leave the resort as a friend :) The room was clean, nice and surrounded by green! I also really enjoyed how guests were seated together for meals, made some wonderful friends and had really interesting conversations about diving and everything else with people from all over the world.

Water sports facilities are provided on site and WiFi is accessible for free in public areas. Beautiful resort with yummy food. The management and staff were great -any problems were sorted promptly and we felt very well cared for. Great atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. Amazing house reef for snorkelling! We did the dolphin & snorkelling trips and my boyfriend did some dives (special thanks to Lea for re-introducing him to diving), all well organised. The spa is also fab. 10 days went too quickly! Highly recommended.

Stop reading the reviews and book this now. NOW! It so amazing. We stayed 8 nights. Right on the ocean, with a little beach, no mangrove trees to obstruct view or access to beautiful coral reef, great for snorkeling. Other places in the island don’t have this. I spotted snowflake eels, 8 types of clownfish, 3 types of anemones, coral colonies the size of cars, and so many pyramid butterflyfish and niger triggerfish just in the first thirty minutes. It’s amazing. All of the rooms have wonderful views. It was so so so relaxing to be there. I have never had such a good experience. The food was amazing and local. We did vegetarian and it was so tasty. They also had fresh fruit around at all times. We went with the divers on their charted boat and snorkeled for around 12$ a person for two separate spots a day. Super affordable. The boat team of three men were so professional, knowledgeable, and yet super funny and kind. I felt like we’re all friends by the end. There is a public boat from manado, which we took on our way out, and we booked a private boat on our way in through Raja Laut. Both were great. Brahm the manager was so kind and attentive. We did laundry there and it was done well. Jessie and her staff in the kitchen were so kind. Always enough food, served family style so we could get to know the other guests. It was so nice, but also acceptable to talk to your own party if you wanted to.
