We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

For a 4 night stay at the resort with 2 kids (4 and 2), there were plenty facilities to keep them happy and the high standard of Shangri-la kept us adults happy as well. We often think that paradise on earth doesn't exist, but that was before we came to Plantation Bay. My wife and I stayed in Plantation Bay for about two weeks, initially for the lagoon and the views, but the longer we stayed, the more it became a second home for us. First, the food. Starting with breakfast, there are a variety of restaurants all over the place. It's even delicious. You can have a really good meal here, not just a half-assed one, and the menus are varied. The flagship restaurant, "Kilimanjaro," is located in the center of the lagoon, so if you get hungry after a day on the water or just want a mango shake, you can always go there. 2. relaxation First of all, the rooms are in great condition.
