We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

Everything. The room was spacious and super clean. Water bottle was refilled throughout the day. Private beach and the pool were kept clean all the time. Amazing selection of breakfast. It was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed! Thought it was pricey but it was totally worth it!

We contact the staff via WhatsApp instead of phone and WhatsApp is much more efficient way to communicate since we can send link and photos etc. Also the staff can recommend restaurants and answer all questions that we had and helped us communicated with the luggage storage service at the airport since we planned not to store at the villa. Super helpful!!
