Complimentary classes of Yoga and mediation are available. The spa was amazing; I tried a variety of treatments and massages, and I was happy with all of them. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We picked the deluxe pool villa because we wanted to be able to spend most of our time in our own private space, and our expectations were exceeded. We also took full advantage of the room service. Overall, it's a beautiful, well-maintained resort with excellent staff.

We were served as much as exepected. Details was vivid. Both facilities and staffs were perfect.

The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

Spacious unit with a cityview balcony (but slight view of Nha Trang beach). Noise from the street does come up and noise from the 40th floor bar does shake the unit at night, but this likely applies to any unit at the Panorama and not just this unit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the heart of Nha Trang close (walking distance) to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
