Featuring a spa bath, Shikinosato Hanamura is located in Minamioguni. This ryokan provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Really good, nice to have your own "pool" in connection to your room. And it was amazing food, both dinner and breakfast.

This is my second time staying at Syukubo Aso. The staffs are friendly with attention to detail. We feel very comfortable. The homemade dinner and breakfast are still the best. We are amazed and enjoyed the dinner. The location is located in small local neighbourhood and is nice to take a evening walk.

Built in 1722, Okyakuya is situated in the historical district of Kurokawa Onsen district. Located only 100 metres from Kurokawa Onsen, Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site. The staff are extremely nice and warm. They treated us like a family member. You can feel warmly welcomed in every part of the stay.

Minshuku Asogen, a property with a garden, is situated in Aso, 30 km from Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto, 38 km from Kumamoto Castle, as well as 38 km from Suizenji Park. We had breakfast and dinner and they were both excellent meals. Meals were served in private dining rooms. Loved the private onsen that had a separate powder room and shower/onsen bath. Also was very happy to have a toilet in the room and not shared. Very well organized place. Best stay during our trip. Very relaxing and private.

Kurokawa Onsen Yama no Yado Shinmeikan features 5 hot-spring baths, including a 30-metre long cave bath. Mysterious bath. Gorgeous dinner with irori setting.

Makikita sa kahabaan ng Tanohara River at napapalibutan ng tahimik na kalikasan sa Kurokawa Onsen hot spring area, ang Oku no Yu Ryokan ay nag-aalok ng kaakit-akit na Japanese-style accommodation at... Oku no yu was great! The staff picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off. The facilities had a public and many private onsens to try. The staff helped us set up our futons and there were yukatas for us in the room. We had breakfast there and it was very yummy. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

Everything; the hospitality of the staff, kaiseki in private dining room, the room, and private onsen.

Surrounded by forest, tranquil Yamashinobu features public and private hot spring baths, an astronomical observatory and a piano. The experience was excellent, and the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The private onsen was awesome. The bonfire area was a nice place to relax and socialize with other guests while enjoying some hojicha.

Boasting spacious indoor and outdoor hot spring baths surrounded by lush greenery, Ryokan Wakaba provides Japanese-style accommodation in the peaceful mountain area. We enjoy the onsen very much. The dinner and breakfast is fantastic and delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful. Will come back again.
