The staff are very kind and helpfull. We end up stuck in Milan as we had a break in in our car. They are very nice and accomodating. Very easy transaction. The apartment is very clean. All the things you need for a vacation is in the apartment.

The suite was very spacious and modern. It is very well-located; within walking distance from Centrale but on a quiet street facing the courtyard of an apartment building. Nice bonus: the shower is also very nice! Check-in instructions were very clear.
