That was the most amazing house we had ever rented for holidays. Gregoria was an incredibly warm and welcoming host, she had placed a basket in the appartment for us with wine, oats, peanuts and more inside, water in the fridge and so much more. She had prepared descriptions for excursions, recommendations for restaurants and all necessary information in a folder. There was absolutely nothing missing, we could reach Gregoria at any time, the house was exactly as shown on the pictures, we really enjoyed the roof terrace and the table tennis. Everything was super clean, various restaurants were nearby, parking slot just next to the house, the mattrasses were comfortable etc. etc. Xylofagou is a perfect starting point for excursions to discover this beautiful island and offers the opportunity to get in touch with real Cyprus life, apart from the very touristic places around Agia Napa.

Great host went the extra mile for us which we were eternally grateful,fantastic clean and big property with everything we needed even made a roast dinner for 6! Had a bbq and nice sitting area outside plenty of room for our 2 cars Air con in all bedrooms which are on timers nice comfortable beds with clean linen and towels huge upstairs bathroom and small one downstairs Nissi beach is only a 15 minute drive and fig tree bay only 30 minute drive Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Villa is located in small town, where are not a lot things to do. We took this place to go for cycling and for that Villa location was ideal. In first days Vila was not pretty warm, but in first 2 days it got better. Good communication with owners. Fast solution for any problem. Everything was like in a photos. Ideal for large companies, because in every room there were shower and toilet.

The villa is exactly as pictured. Andreas is a great host and has always responded very fast. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood (a car is needed to get around) and it's within a 4min drive to an amazing sandy, non-crowded beach Ayia Thekla beach. We went to other more popular beaches such as Nissi Beach, Konnos Bay, but found them extremely crowded and somewhat dirty. The Ayia Thekla beach was just what we needed, with all the facilities, a beach bar and a great local restaurant. The villa is fully equipped and the bed mattresses were very comfortable.
