The rooms are nicely decorated, and big enough. All necessary commodities are available (safe, hair-dryer, shower products, water to drink...). The bathroom is modern and light. The staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages. There is a restaurant, bar, and pastry shop on-site. And plenty of parking. It is right on the airport runway, but the windows are so well insulated that if you keep the window closed you won't hear a thing!

We had a comfortable stay in a large and spacious room equipped with new and high quality materials. It is located in a cute town, close to the highway. It has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. There is sufficient parking for each vehicle.

Before booking I read complaints of the train and road but we didn’t find this disruptive in the slightest - if the window is closed you can hardly hear a thing!

Hotel Sternen Muri ble renovert i juli 2012, og ligger i den fredelige forstaden Muri, 6 km fra Bern sentrum. Clean, quiet, onsite restaurant with tasty food (and amazing gelato!). Varied and filling breakfast. Fantastic, friendly staff. You also get a free travel card which takes you into Bern centre, which is 16 minutes on the bus. We stayed in the new block which has great air conditioning. Also, they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from, which was a nice touch. Overall an extremely relaxing hotel which made our holiday perfect. Very sad to leave, but can’t wait to return next year!

Located 9.2 km from House of Parliament Bern, 10 km from Bern railway station and 10 km from Münster Cathedral, Union Apartments Bern-Belp features accommodation situated in Belp. The building is old but the apartments are newly renovated and well equipped. Check in is flexible , bed is comfort and shower is powerful enough. Location is not bad, easy to connect to several cities like Bern and Interlaken. Ten miniutes on foot to the train station and local supermarket. The building is nearby the main road that’s why you can hear the busy traffic from early morning. Maybe not an ideal place for light sleepers. There is room for improvement, such as a lack of amenities and wrinkled bedsheets , but still I was going to rate it 8 if we did not have the seriouse cleanness problem: a rat in the bedroom.
