You can walk right from the main door there. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The hotel provides their guests with a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station as well as to the airport every 30 minutes that is a very convenient service. Besides that, there are a lot of taxies. I had some hesitation about a noise caused by the planes taking off and the airport nearby, but the sound isolation was good.

The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery has a restaurant, seasonal out-door swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness centre and bar. The customer service at the Silveri is second to none. Every staff I encountered are attentive and responsive. They listened and went above and beyond to help making my stay comfortable. I wanted to make a special call out to Riomae and Katherine at the Front Desk, Wa Jeh from Housekeeping, Crystal and Edrick a the Concierge. Everyone of you had been so helpful and caring. Your sincere care made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you! You guys are the stars! The room is beautiful, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel has a good variety of pillow options. The Executive Lounge is nice. It is a quiet, calm and peaceful environment with a great view, a perfect place for an afternoon coffee or a drink in the evening to sit back, relax and enjoy. It is one of my favourite place in the hotel. The hotel is well located. It is close to the airport and transportations as well as some of the major attractions such as Disney, NP360, TaiO etc. Effortless access to the shopping centre and eateries. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Silveri to anyone who is visiting HK.
